You accept full responsibility of your child(ren) at all times and any injury that may occur to them during an activity or trip.  We ask that parents transport their own children to and from activities and advise against allowing their children to be transported by another family.  Parents who do so are advised and hereby notified that we do not accept responsibility for the parent's judgment against this advice.  Parents further understand the consequences of allowing there to be transported in another vehicle that is not their own and waive any parent who is not driving the vehicle or as part of the group of all claims against them. You release the leaders, administrators, moderators, and members of the Homeschoolers of Central Florida or any group where this event may be posted from any liability that results from sharing Facebook, social medias, activities, or event from any image, conversation, or other situation that may arise due to your child(rens) participation.

 

You understand that you as a parent have the obligation to maintain the safety of your child(ren) and monitor their activities accordingly. You understand that parents in goodwill may offer assistance to your child during activities and in good faith you may extend this permission at your own discretion. This may include the operation of equipment like a sewing machine, knitting needles, saudering, etc. If you do not wish another parent to offer assistance due to liability you are welcomed to watch the instruction and then proceed to instruct your child closer. You release the leaders, owners, members of the homeschoolers groups from any injury that occurs to you or your child(ren) through the participation of an event such as with a company or event on private or public spaces. We advise you to carefully read the liability documents provided by these organizations regarding the risks to such activities. Likely we ask you to review any instructions to equipment or materials in each activity and you understand and agree that use in these are voluntary and at your own risk.
