The Homeschool of Central Florida (HCF) will not sell, rent, or otherwise make your personal information available to other people or organizations without your permission, except as may be required by law, and except in conjunction with the sale or transfer of HCF and its assets to another business. In the event that HCF or substantially all of its assets are acquired, member information will be transferred.

What Information Is Collected?

The term "personally identifiable information" means any information that may be used to identify you, including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, Internet Protocol address, phone number, billing information, or other contact information. We collect information from you when you join and if you participate in a group purchase that is managed by This is a personal blog and it does not share or sell any personal information with individuals or companies. This blog does not keep record of individuals that visit it. The Homeschoolers of Central Florida (this personal blog) is not responsible for content, comments or other information that is republished elsewhere without its permission.

 

In turn, the content of this personal blog is for sharing purposes. Permission is required by this blog’s owner PRIOR to using, editing, republishing or altering any copyrighted content, photographs or graphics.

If you complete an order form on the HCF website for products offered by HCF or its supplier partners, the HCF will maintain that order information on secure servers on your behalf in order to fulfill the orders, provide customer service, and maintain a history of your transactions.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS POLICY

HCF only accepts PayPal payments for Premier Service transactions or prepayments for an event in which we have agreed to collect the funds in advance for a venue for the purposes of a group discount or to secure attendance to the venue. Please note that Premier Service transactions are limited to a maximum $USD (per all active transactions) in the amount designated in the event registration for each event. In addition, HCF has strict policies governing the acceptance of PayPal payments. PayPal payments are only available when both the Buyer and the Seller are located in the United States. Below are some common reasons a PayPal payment may not be accepted for your transaction:

• The transaction is not in US Dollars.

• The transaction involves the purchase items not guaranteed as part of an event or service.

• The transaction does not involve shipping to the PayPal confirmed address.

• Information provided to HCF is determined to be incorrect, or, in certain situations, when we cannot reach you at the phone number you provided in your account profile.

• Our transaction security team detects certain fraud indicators for a transaction.

• HCF also limits Paypal use when it involves certain services. These services includes, but is not limited to, the following: Time-sensitive goods (i.e. tickets), software, services, website content, currency, gift certificates, clothing, art, designer products, signed items, rentals, live animals, transactions where we cannot determine what services are being purchased, and items where we cannot confirm delivery.

Tickets, services, or merchandise purchased on behalf of a member cannot be credit for cancellations. Tickets purchased to a third party venue must be disputed directly with the vendor to which they were purchased from. We are simply a vehicle to secure group discounts. Items or services purchased on your behalf that are consumable such as art supplies will not be reimbursed. Once purchased you are expected to participate in an event. If you are unable to participate we are also not able to return services or merchandise that was purchased on your behalf. Your revenue will be considered a donation to the event and if supplies allow placed in the group holding to be shared with other members during other events if possible

HCF may refuse to allow a PayPal as payment for any reason in our sole discretion. Any rejection of PayPal as a form of payment is not necessarily determined by information provided by the cardholder. We apologize if we are unable to accept a PayPal payment for your transaction.
